Ninja Blender Ice Cream Recipes – 5 Awesome Easy to Make Recipes!

One of my children’s favourite go to dessert is to have a nice chocolate ice cream. Well actually, I too enjoy a good ice cream.

Especially when I put a decent movie on, sit down and eat a nice ice cream with my favourite drink…mmmm

Well below I have given you 5 ninja blender ice cream recipes, you can make with your ninja blender. No need for an ice cream maker, just your blender and your freezer will do.

Classic Strawberry Ice Cream

Simple and easy to make strawberry ice cream recipe. This is absolutely amazing you will never want to go out and buy shop bought strawberry ice cream again.

  • 3/4 of a cup of sugar
  • 1 Cup of cream
  • 11 ounces of sliced frozen strawberries


  1. Put the Strawberries and sugar into the blender and blend until the strawberries are blended
  2. Then add the cream, blend until mixed.
  3. You can it the ice cream as it is or if you prefer it harder add it to the freezer for a few hours

Preparation time: 2 hours and 5 minutes

Peanut Butter & Banana Ice Cream

If you love peanut butter, the chances are you will absolutely love this ice cream recipe. This recipe has an added touch of banana which honestly makes this recipe amazing!

  • 4 large bananas (slice and then frozen)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons of you favourite peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate chips


  1. Add all the ingredients into your blender and blend until you get your desired mixture. You can add this into the freezer for an hour or so if it is not frozen enough.

Preparation time: 2 hours and 5 minutes

Recipe: Ninja Blender Chunky Monkey Recipe

The original chunky monkey by Ben & Jerry’s is a favourite all around the world, and here is my attempt at it.

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 coconut milk, make sure the ingredients are milk and water
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/8 cup chocolate chips or you can use small broken up dark chocolate


  1. Start by pulsing the banana and milk on 2, or you can hold down the lid and pulse. You need to do this till you get a thick consistency. If your banana is quite small don’t add so much milk.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients the chocolate pieces and your walnuts and pulse for around 9-10 times mix. Then blend on 2 for about 15-20 seconds so that it has mixed up well.
  3. You can now either it you ice cream or store in the freezer to get that harder ice cream consistency.

Preparation time: 2 hours and 2 minutes

Pineapple & Strawberry Ice Cream

I honestly didnt think this recipe would work as an ice cream. But actually quite a nice mix of fruits. the added pineapple gives it a very nice and elegant flavour you wouldn’t expect from an ice cream.

  • 1 and a 1/2 of a cup of frozen strawberries and pineapple
  • 4oz of Grade A skimmed milk
  • 4oz of plain Greek yogurt

Put your blender on to pulse and mix until you get your preferred consistency. Normally around 2 minutes.

You can now eat as it is or place in the freezer for about 2-4 hors to get that harder feel ice cream.

Ninja Blender Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe

Definitely one of my favourites is chocolate ice cream. This recipe is a simple and easy recipe of the classic chocolate ice cream

  • 4 cups of whipping cream low fat if desired
  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 1 cup of egg product
  • 1 cup of dark cocoa
  • 2 cups of granulated sugar
  • Half a cup of either pecans or chocolate chips


  1. Depending on the size of your blender you may need to half all of the ingredients so it will fit. Blend all of the mix until smooth and then transfer into pots and then put them in your freezer for about 4 hours.

Preparation time: 2 hours and 2 minutes
